Our suite was special, had champagne and chocolates waiting for us, a huge king-size bed, and a TV for entertainment! 🍾

Beautiful and wonderful location close to main attractions, and 10 minute walk from El Jardin. Nicely decorated and unique rooms with a king bed and fireplace, food outstanding.

This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind. Each room is unique and filled with vibrant colors and Mexican fabrics, creating a truly eclectic atmosphere. The included breakfast is a delight. Situated in the Centro of the city, everything is within easy walking distance, allowing you to explore and immerse yourself in the charm of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel's location was perfect! It was near everything, just a few blocks away from the historic center and even Pedro Vargas' residence. the restaurant of Casa Rosada was within walking distance, providing delicious options for meals. the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist us with our requests. Our room was cozy, and although it lacked air conditioning, the fan helped to keep us cool. the breakfast was served in a lovely garden area, and the warm breeze was refreshing.
the bathroom's showerhead had low water flow, which was inconvenient during showers.

During our recent stay over Christmas, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful complementary breakfast and warm chocolate chip cookies provided in the lobby each evening. the central location made it easy to explore all the nearby shops and restaurants on foot. the cozy fireplace in our room was the perfect touch on chilly nights.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the elevator was a bit slow and outdated.

The attention to detail is impeccable, with rooms that have an Asian touch and stunning views of San Miguel from the terraces. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights is the delicious breakfast included in the stay, which can be enjoyed while admiring the beautiful view of the Centro.
All was just fine.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. Loved the free Wi-Fi and the wonderful views of the city from my room. Great location close to many shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast provided each morning was a nice touch and had a good variety of food.
The noise level was unbearable. The walls were thin and I could hear every single sound coming from adjacent rooms.

Our recent stay at this hotel was luxurious, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs. the room amenities and private facilities were top-notch. the staff provided attentive service, assisting us with everything from local tours to dining recommendations. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and wandering the beautiful garden area. the location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the main attractions.
The only minor issue we had was with the weak shower in our room. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
